Submitting this form does not automatically cancel your order or guarantee a refund.
Once we receive your request, we'll review it and contact you as soon as possible.
Cancellation Information
Physical Books
If your order has not yet been dispatched, we may be able to cancel it before shipping.
If your order has already been dispatched, you may still have statutory cancellation rights depending on your circumstances.
Where applicable, books must usually be returned in their original condition before a refund can be processed.

Workshops & Events
Workshop and event bookings are made for specific dates.
Some bookings may not be eligible for cancellation under consumer law. Where applicable, refunds or transfers will be considered in accordance with our booking terms.
If Cariad Spiritual needs to cancel an event, attendees will be offered either:

A full refund

A transfer to another available date (where appropriate)
Digital Products & Online Courses
Where digital content has already been accessed or downloaded, cancellation rights may be limited where the customer agreed to immediate access.
If access has not yet been provided, we'll review your request in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Gift Cards
Gift cards are generally non-refundable unless required by law.

Retreats
Retreats usually involve venue bookings and third-party costs.
Cancellation requests will be assessed individually and may be subject to staged cancellation charges depending on how close to the retreat date the request is received.
