The Power of Small-Group Training: Why Quality Matters

Writer: Cariad SpiritualCariad Spiritual

I first taught Intuitive Development in Australia in 1990. Since then I've taught thousands of people how to develop their intuition.

I've been teaching energy healing, both in-person and online for a decade and am deeply proud of the students I've taught who are shining their light and channeling energy for the benefit of all.

When it comes to teaching, quality is at the core of everything I do. There’s a particular magic that happens in small groups—whether in-person or online—that creates a more intimate, tailored learning experience. I am deeply passionate about curating this experience for each of my students, and here’s why I believe small-group settings provide the best environment for meaningful growth.

In a small group, each person’s unique voice, needs, and perspectives can be recognized and valued. There’s time and space to answer questions, address individual challenges, and work directly on each student’s goals. It’s not just about delivering information but about creating a community where students feel safe, supported, and inspired. This allows me to focus on quality over quantity, ensuring every individual gets the attention they need to truly thrive.

I teach in-person and online and both formats offer unique benefits and strengths, and I’m committed to leveraging them to create the best possible learning outcomes. In-person sessions allow for deeper, face-to-face connections and hands-on guidance, while online training offers flexibility and the chance to connect with people from diverse locations. By carefully curating small groups in both formats, I can bring out the benefits of each, ensuring students feel equally engaged, whether we’re meeting in a room or on a screen.

To me, high-quality training goes beyond teaching techniques; it’s about cultivating a transformative experience. I believe that learning is most effective when it feels personal, and small-group training allows me to create that dynamic. By choosing quality over quantity, I know I’m providing an experience that resonates deeply and stays with each participant long after our sessions conclude.

Ultimately, my goal is to empower every student in the most meaningful way possible, helping them grow not only in knowledge but in confidence and ability.

I was thrilled to be selected by the International Association of Therapists who accredit my courses to feature on their website recently. You can find the article here.

If you're interested in any of my training courses, do get in touch. I often fill courses from my waiting lists so they don't appear on my website or socials.

I look forward to supporting you to 'Be The Butterfly' and SOAR embodying your soul's potential
