When I first encountered the concept of energy healing forty years ago, I was intrigued by its promise of healing and transformation. This gentle yet powerful approach to wellness taps into different streams of the universal energy that surrounds us all. It offers a unique way to nurture our mind, body, and spirit, helping us to find balance and peace in a busy world. Over time, I have come to appreciate how energy healing can support personal growth and holistic wellbeing in profound ways.


What Is Energy Healing & Why It Matters


Energy healing is a holistic practice of channelling different streams of the universal life force energy to promote healing and harmony within the physical and energetic body. Energy flows through all living things, connecting us to the cosmos and to each other. By aligning with the specific stream of energy that we need, we can clear blockages, restore vitality, and enhance our natural ability to heal.


One of the things I love most about energy healing is its accessibility. You don’t need any special equipment or prior experience to benefit from it. Whether you are seeking relief from stress, emotional balance, or physical rejuvenation, this therapy offers a gentle path forward.


Here are some key benefits I have noticed and experienced:

Becoming a channel for healing energy is a gentle and intuitive process. I like to think of it as opening a channel for the universe’s healing power to flow through you for the benefit of self, others, and All that there is.


.Here are some simple steps you can try at home


  • Find a quiet space: Sit or lie down comfortably where you won’t be disturbed.

  • Call in your guides and guardians for their support: A simple prayer or invocation is all you need

  • Set an intention: Focus on what you want to heal or improve.

  • Breathe deeply: Take slow, mindful breaths to relax your body and mind.

  • Visualise energy flow: Imagine a warm, radiant light entering through the top of your head and moving down through your body.

  • Feel the sensations: Notice any warmth, tingling, or calm spreading within you.

  • Stay open: Allow the energy to work without forcing or controlling it.

  • Give thanks and intentionally 'close down': Gratitude and grounding are crucial final steps when we have become channels for healing energy.


Practicing these steps regularly can enhance your connection to divine energy and support ongoing healing.
