Cariad Spiritual brings together teachers in yoga, spiritual development, sound healing and meditation to present this one day workshop.

Immerse yourself in a full day of teaching and practical exercises which will give you the tools that can guide your self transformation, and personal growth.

We are supporting Latch the Wales Children's Cancer Charity with this event.

Hot drinks (tea, coffee, herbal teas) are provided throughout the day.

Lunch, (vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options available as standard) will be available to purchase, please contact the venue for details if you have any special dietary requirements.
