Every transformation begins quietly - with a sense of purpose, a spark of love, a gentle whisper that you are here for something meaningful.

Cariad Spiritual was born from that spark twelve years ago.

In the early days, I worked one-to-one with beautiful souls who were ready to heal, grow, and reconnect with their true path. Each session was sacred, a space of trust, insight, and unfolding. Witnessing others step into their own light deepened my devotion to helping people live in alignment with their soul’s truth.

Over time, that light expanded.

Cariad Spiritual gently grew into a heart-led community through workshops, spiritual gatherings, and shared experiences rooted in unity and joy. With every circle formed, one truth became clear: transformation becomes even more powerful when experienced together.

Today, I step into a new chapter.

One that weaves spiritual wisdom with collaboration and innovation. Through esoteric tools that bridge spirit and science, I now support others in grounding higher awareness into everyday life - nurturing wellbeing, enriching relationships, inspiring purpose-led work, and restoring balance.

What began as intimate sessions has blossomed into offerings that reach across the world - from international retreats reconnecting you with the earth and your essence, to online mentoring and courses accessible wherever you are. Through The Oracle Book Series and channelled writings, guidance, inspiration and healing continue to flow to souls wherever they stand.

The Symbol Of My Evolution

This evolution is reflected in my new logo.

The Vesica Piscis - a sacred geometric form created where two circles gently overlap. It represents balance, unity, and the quiet power of creation. It symbolises the space where intention meets action, where spirit meets form, and where something entirely new is born.

To me, it reflects how growth unfolds - not through force, but through alignment.

I chose to reveal this new path at the dawn of the Lunar New Year, in the Year of the Fire Horse - a time of renewal, vitality, and forward movement. The Fire Horse carries warmth, independence, and steady momentum. This timing feels like a natural step, honouring both passion and presence.

Together, the Vesica Piscis and the Fire Horse represent harmony and gentle courage - balance supported by forward motion.

I continue to evolve, not for growth alone, but in service of meaningful transformation - the kind that uplifts, steadies, and empowers.
