When I was a child I wrote stories and poems, when my own children were young I invented stories at each bedtime, never, ever imagining that I would become a published author…

 

However, my soul had agreed to this path long before my human self had realised!


I’m deeply thankful for this journey, along a path that has taken me through moments of triumph and challenge, creativity and discipline, solitude and connection.

Writing has been more than just putting words on a page; it has been a transformative experience, allowing me to share my truth, uplift others, and step into my purpose in ways I never imagined. Each book I have written, curated, or contributed to has been a chapter in my own personal evolution, shaping me as much as I have shaped the words that fill those pages.


This journey has introduced me to incredible people, fellow authors, mentors, and readers, who have enriched my life beyond measure. The conversations sparked by my books, the heartfelt messages from those who found healing or inspiration in my words, and the shared moments of vulnerability with my writing community have been gifts I cherish. I am grateful for every collaboration, every early-morning and late-night writing session, and every challenge along the way because they have all contributed to my growth as both a writer and a person.


There have been times when doubt crept in, when the weight of storytelling felt heavy, and when I questioned whether my voice truly mattered. But every time, something—divine guidance, the right words from a friend, or a sign from the angels—reminded me to keep going. To trust. To write. And for that, I am endlessly grateful.


I am profoundly grateful for my co-authors—those divine beings who have walked this path with me, courageously sharing deeply personal stories from the very depths of their souls. It is no small thing to bare one's truth, to offer up one's experiences with such vulnerability and authenticity, and yet each of you has done so with grace, strength, and an open heart. Your willingness to trust this journey, to weave your voices into these sacred books, and to stand in the power of your own stories has created something truly extraordinary. I honour your bravery, your wisdom, and your unwavering commitment to sharing your light with the world. Together, we have not only written words on pages but have also forged a legacy of healing, empowerment, and transformation. For your trust, your presence, and your sacred truth, I am endlessly thankful.


Most of all, I am thankful for the readers who have walked this journey with me. Their willingness to open their hearts to my words, to find pieces of themselves in my stories, and to embrace the messages and healing codes woven into each book, is what makes this path so meaningful.


It is a true honour to be an author, and I look forward to sharing the many stories still waiting to be told.


I began my author journey in the jungles and on the beaches of Samana Bay in the Dominican Republic, and it was my collaborative book journey that forged the deep connections that took me to the jungle in Costa Rica earlier this year with Lainie Sevante Wulkan!


Today, I celebrate another #1 Amazon bestseller, my tenth.

I Didn’t Become Selfish I Became Harder To Manipulate led by the wonderful Sara Jane, is life-changing, and will inspire so many people to reclaim their personal power.

This will be the book that I wish I’d had during my spiritual awakening forty years ago, packed with real-life lessons and practices that can support intuitive, psychic and mediumistic development!

I’ve stopped arguing with them these days and instead negotiate extended timelines!


You see, my books are a huge part of my soul mission, enabling you to ‘Be The Butterfly’; the reason I created an image of a person reaching into the Flower of Life to become a butterfly as my business logo for Cariad Spiritual over ten years ago.


As I wait for the birth of my first grandchild, I’m beginning to think about the stories I’ll tell her…
